Insight into Dr. Rekha Rathi Life

Can you share a fun fact about yourself that brings you joy?2024-11-07T11:43:22+00:00

I love exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and enjoying the traditions, food, and warmth of new environments. These moments bring me so much joy.

What advice would you give to someone starting a similar path in life as you?2024-11-07T11:42:31+00:00

Trust yourself. The road will be difficult, but your journey is uniquely yours. Face your own wounds, heal them, and you’ll be able to help others. Stay authentic, humble, and keep learning.

What’s something personal that most people don’t know about you?2024-11-07T11:41:42+00:00

I’m deeply connected to my ancestral roots. My upbringing was steeped in tradition, and I carry those teachings with me, especially in the spiritual aspects of my work.

How do you handle moments of self-doubt?2024-11-07T11:41:26+00:00

I acknowledge it, then reflect on all I’ve accomplished. Self-doubt is natural, and I use it as a growth opportunity. I meditate, turn to my intuition, or consult with trusted friends to regain perspective.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?2024-11-07T11:37:45+00:00

I’m incredibly stubborn. While I’m passionate about healing others, I’ve learned the importance of boundaries. Taking care of myself allows me to take better care of others.

What makes you laugh in the midst of all the intensity of your work?2024-11-07T11:37:09+00:00

My kids! Their innocence and playfulness remind me to laugh and take life a little lighter, even after a heavy day.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone struggling with their emotional or mental health?2024-11-07T11:36:03+00:00

Healing isn’t linear, so don’t rush the process. Be kind to yourself, feel your emotions, and trust that you have everything inside of you to heal. Every step, no matter how small, is progress.

What do you consider your greatest achievement so far?2024-11-07T11:29:03+00:00

Helping someone rediscover themselves when they felt lost. Watching clients transform from despair to self-love and confidence is my greatest joy—seeing that spark of empowerment in others is the real achievement.

Why do you think so many people are seeking counseling these days?2024-11-07T11:34:40+00:00

The world has become fast-paced and disconnected. People are overwhelmed, stressed, and feel misunderstood. They seek clarity, connection, and healing—a safe space to just be. It’s a reflection of how society has become more disconnected.

What do you find most common in all the people you work with?2024-11-07T11:31:29+00:00

They’re all searching for something—emotionally or spiritually. Most people haven’t been truly listened to in a long time. What they need most is someone who listens without judgment. That’s often the first step in healing.

How do you maintain balance between your work and your personal life?2024-11-07T11:30:27+00:00

It’s about finding the middle path, just like Buddha taught. Some days, I take a step back to recharge; other days, I dive into my work. The key is listening to my needs in each moment.

Looking back, do you think you could have done something differently?2024-11-07T11:29:46+00:00

Absolutely. I’ve learned to trust my instincts more. There were moments when I second-guessed myself, but I’ve come to realize that true healing happens when I fully trust my intuition—whether it’s in my work or in my personal life.

If you had to name one person who has inspired your work the most, who would it be?2024-11-07T11:28:09+00:00

Donald. His resilience and wisdom have shaped my approach to healing. His unwavering belief in human potential has been a guiding light in both my personal and professional life.

How do you celebrate personal victories, both big and small?2024-11-07T11:43:40+00:00

I celebrate with those I love—whether it’s a quiet moment with family or a fun activity with my kids. Sometimes, it’s a little shopping spree or just reflecting on how far I’ve come.

What keeps you motivated even in the toughest of times?2024-11-07T11:42:52+00:00

My children and my purpose. Knowing that my work helps others find healing and peace gives me strength. Even in challenging moments, I remind myself that tough times pass and clearer skies follow.

What role does family play in your personal and professional life?2024-11-07T11:42:15+00:00

Family is everything. They are my rock, and their love and support allow me to serve others with dedication and compassion.

How do you balance your spiritual beliefs with your professional work?2024-11-07T11:41:59+00:00

My spiritual beliefs are the foundation of my work. Every session, every piece of advice I offer, comes from my connection to my higher self. They are intertwined, and my professional life reflects my spiritual journey.

What is the most rewarding part of your work?2024-11-07T11:41:08+00:00

Seeing clients transform from emotional pain or trauma to a place of peace and clarity. Empowering them to believe in their own strength is deeply fulfilling.

What are you most excited about for the future of your work?2024-11-07T11:39:17+00:00

I’m excited to see more people embracing the power of self-healing. As our understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection deepens, I look forward to integrating new tools and techniques to further help those who are ready to reclaim their lives.

What role does intuition play in your work?2024-11-07T11:38:28+00:00

Intuition is my compass. It guides me when words fall short, telling me when to listen, when to speak, and when to push forward or pull back.

What are your personal values that guide your work?2024-11-07T11:38:12+00:00

Empathy, compassion, integrity, and authenticity. I believe in being present with people, holding space for their emotions, and being honest with myself and others.

What keeps you going in your work, even on challenging days?2024-11-07T11:36:46+00:00

The belief that everyone has the potential to heal. On tough days, knowing that my work helps someone find peace, clarity, or joy keeps me going. It’s a privilege to be part of someone’s journey, no matter how difficult it may seem.

Can you tell us about a particularly rewarding experience with one of your clients?2024-11-07T11:36:21+00:00

One client came to me battling anxiety and depression. Through our work, they transformed from being paralyzed by fear to pursuing their dreams. They opened their own business and told me, “I don’t recognize the person I was before I met you.” That moment was profoundly rewarding.

Tell us about an upcoming project that excites you?2024-11-07T11:35:08+00:00

I’m expanding my work with a deep passion to help people on their spiritual journeys. Meghsvana and Mystic Spa are key projects on my expansion list. These events blend spirituality with wellness, offering an immersive experience designed for those who wish to reconnect with their true selves. It’s a fusion of soul-healing, relaxation, and transformation, held in some of the most vibrant and beautiful cities around the world. I’m also excited about my upcoming book, which will share insights from my journey, healing practices, and lessons learned, aimed at inspiring others on their own paths. The name of the book will be revealed soon, and I can’t wait to share it with all those seeking transformation.

Have you ever gone out of your way for a patient? Can you share an example?2024-11-07T11:33:37+00:00

Yes, I have. Once, I had an intuitive feeling that one of my clients was struggling. When I reached out, they shared they were in conflict with their spouse. I drove to their house and helped them resolve the situation. It was a small act, but it made a huge difference in their life.

How long does it take to heal someone?2024-11-07T11:33:07+00:00

Healing is a journey, not a race. It varies. For some, it may be a few sessions; for others, it could take months or even years. What matters is their readiness to heal, and we move at their pace.

What do you do with the information you learn about the patient?2024-11-07T11:32:23+00:00

I process it both logically and intuitively. I analyze it to understand their challenges, but I also listen deeply to pick up on underlying emotions. I create a safe space for them to explore their truth without pressure.

Do patients need to tell you everything for effective healing?2024-11-07T11:31:53+00:00

Not necessarily. Healing comes in waves, and sometimes what’s left unsaid speaks volumes. I work with what’s shared and the energy around it, which often reveals more than words could.
